Anxiety & Depression Therapy in Oregon

Anxiety and depression are the most common reasons adults seek therapy — and also the most frequently minimized. You might have spent years telling yourself it's not that bad, that other people have it worse, that you should be able to handle it. By the time most people reach out, they've been managing alone for longer than they needed to.

If you're exhausted, stuck, or just not feeling like yourself anymore, that's enough of a reason to talk to someone.

What It Can Look Like

Depression doesn't always look like being unable to get out of bed. It can look like getting everything done while feeling nothing — irritability, physical exhaustion, losing interest in things that used to matter, or a low-level flatness that's hard to name.

Anxiety can look like constant worry, but it also shows up as difficulty concentrating, physical tension, trouble sleeping, or a nagging sense that something's wrong even when things are fine.

Often anxiety and depression travel together — the anxiety keeps you spinning, the depression drains the fuel to do anything about it. Untangling that takes more than a list of coping tips.

How We Work

Our therapists take an individualized approach. Depending on what's driving your symptoms, treatment might draw on trauma-informed approaches, structured skills work, or other evidence-based methods. What stays consistent is the focus on understanding what's actually going on for you — not just managing symptoms on the surface.

All sessions are telehealth. If you're an adult anywhere in Oregon, you can work with us from wherever you are.
